In connection with family history I am researching MacLeans who were members of the Nova Scotia Highlanders based in Sussex in England during WWII . According to the regiment website the originals who came to England in 1941 included Private Douglas L., L/cpl John L and Private Joseph. Please let me know if you have any details. Thank you. |

Love the website and great to know that so many MacLean's from the area. I was competing in the highland games in moncton and missed the chance to talk to everyone up there do to the heavy rains and of course completing. hope to see the maclean's at the next highland games(Fredericton-NewGlasgow). |
